Who Can Apply for TANCET 2023?

Anyone interested in pursuing P.G programme may Apply for the TANCET entrance exam but the university has coined eligibility criteria for candidates which is given below,

Eligibility Criteria for TANCET :

MBA : A candidate should have completed BBA or its equivalent degree , students of final semester are also eligible to apply.

MCA : A degree in MCA or its near equivalent degree would be enough to apply for MCA admission .

ME / MTech : Same goes here, candidate should have completed BE, BTech programme & only those in Engineering field can apply for this programme.

Note to Final Year Student : Even though final year students are allowed to Apply for the entrance, it is mandatory that in the time of Admissions or TANCET counselling , only those with Nil Arrears or no standing backlogs will be allowed or called.

TANCET Score :

As per the norms, the score you obtain from attending the Entrance exam is valid for 1 year .

Also, TANCET score is eligible to apply for Anna university distance education programmes .

Application Fee :

• For General ( BC / MBC / OBC ): Rs.500
• For Reserved ( SC / ST / SCA ) : Rs.250

Can i Apply for Both MBA & MCA Entrance ?

Yes, You are allowed to Apply for more than one programme , here’s how it goes,

You May appply for MBA + MCA or MCA + ME, MTech or MBA + ME, MTech

Candidate after successfully completing the entrance exam will be able to download TANCET answer keys from private institutes as well as from official site .

TANCET Results :

Anna university will declare result for tancet entrance exam within the month of July 3rd week 2023.
