How to View Patta & FMB / Chitta :
- Visit Official website on this page: Click Here
- Please Select “District”
- Select “Rural” or “Urban” option, if you’re from village, choose Rural,
- Choose “Taluk”, “Village” and also View Patta/Chitta using – Patta Number or Survey Number along with Sub Division Number ( if applicable )
- Now, select ” Patta/Chitta ” or “FMB” option to view
- Click ” Submit ” after entering authentication value.
A new tab will load with the requested document, you can now check it or take print out of the same as hard copy.
You can also save it as PDF copy on your system for future reference.
If you’ve chosen view “Patta” option, then the doc will show you Land Owner name, survey number, sub-division numbers, land area in hectares.

- Choose, District-> Taluk -> Village -> Enter Survey Number & Sub Division Number

How to get Adangal Online ?
Many of you have asked via comment and email that, is there any option to check Adangal for a Survey number or patta number ?
Sadly, the Answer is NO!
Adangal copy can be viewed only from VAO office, so you need to visit VAO office and ask Thalari about your adangal.
If you want new adangal with new crop ?
The procedure is still the same, we can get adangal with new crop only from VAO office.
There is no way , to find it online.
Can i check Chitta Patta on mobile phone ?

I am redirected to the home page of the application after I submitted with all details. I tried with both survey number and patta number, but no use. Please suggest any valid URL to download my PATTA. FYI – I am using the official site only https://eservices.tn.gov.in/eservicesnew/land/chitta.html?lan=en.
It is the valid URL. This problem occurred to me also. It is getting redirected because the patta/chitta will be shown in a popup. That popup might’ve blocked in your system browser. You have to enable the allow popup for this website or you can use your mobile browser.

My mother bought a piece of land. She is no more now and the patta is still not in her name.
Can the legal heirs apply for patta transfer directly from the seller’s name to their names.
When I try to view FMB for Theni District Urban Area the connected window automatically turn to view TSLR extract and not able to view/download FMB. Please advise further course of action.
