TNPSC is delaying the conduct of group iv recruitment exam for some reasons, and there is no any official press note regarding the same, why group 4 exam notification is not yet released and when will the exam for group 4 posts be conducted for the year 2023 – 2024.

When asked about ” What are the upcoming recruitments in TNPSC ” ? , an official response with info about group iv exam.

Before Group 4 recruitment is conducted,be aware TNPSC Group 1 exam 2023 notification has been released in January and the exam is to be held in Prelims & Mains.

Group 4 Application Form

Tamil nadu Govt would release notification first and then the online application form would be made available for public.

The registration would be done only through ONLINE Mode, no forms would be issued anywhere offline.

So, candidates who’re eagerly waiting for the registration window to open, be prepared to register online yourself or from a reputed computer centre.

TNPSC Group 4 Application Form in the registration page, would be accessible only if you login with your One Time Registration login details.

So keep this in mind, first complete TNPSC One time registration process first and the use that login credentials to apply for Group 4 or any other examinations on TNPSC portal.

Those who already have TNPSC OTR may not need to register again, instead, login to complete your Group IV registration process.

Once you’re done, you’ll be given the GROUP 4 Register Number, please do note that which will be required to download Group 4 hall ticket 2023 and also to check group 4 result when the selection list be published.

How to Apply Online for Group 4?

  • Visit Official Application Form Page – Click Here ( tobe updated )
  • Login with One Time Registration credentials,
  • Check pre-filled informations, and correct if necessary,
  • Fill all other necessary data fields, correctly,
  • Upload Photograph, Signature in required image file size
  • Click Next to payment page, complete with online payment or choose offline payment on post office or bank.
  • Group 4 Application Number or Registration Number will be generated.
  • You’ll receive it via SMS / Email , please do take not of it.

Number of vacancies in Group 4 exam would be lower than previous year for sure . It is said , about 8000 posts are to be filled through this written exam .

      Sadly, TNPSC haven’t passed any info on when will group 4 exam be conducted, we expect the recruitment to be held in 2018. We’ll update the dates & complete details as soon as we get info.

    • Hi, as of now there’s no info on the exact date on which TNPSC group iv exam will be conducted , but we expect the officials to release it soon in Nov. Lets hope.
