Tamil Nadu govt has announced that students of final semesters only need to appear for their exams, everyone else passes without exam.
Students who’ve completed course but still have arrears uncleared also cleared, thanks to Covid-19!
Anna University and its affiliated colleges students who’ve completed degree but still have arrears have long been asking for extensions since they couldn’t clear even after two years of completion.
With covid-19 pandemic, schools, universities closed due to lockdown, Semester examinations too postponed without any date.
Now, officially, except Anna University final semester students, first year, second year, third year students won’t be required to appear for exams.
They’re given marks to pass the exam, and auto promoted to next semesters.
Thousands of students who’ve completed 4 year course but still have arrears have also now need only to pay exam fee but no need to write exam.
They’re cleared of their arrears!
