TN TET Exam 2019 for 6 Lakhs Applicants on June 8th

Tamilnadu Teachers Eligibility Test to be conducted on June 8, 9, 2019 and the TN TET Online Application form was opened on March,15th.

As per latest official press release, last date to apply for TN TET exam 2019 is April 12th, 2019.

How Much does it cost for Paper I, Paper II exam application form ?

TN TET Paper 1 & Paper 2 Application Form Fee: Rs.500

Fee Exemption : Rs.250 for SC / ST / PwD ( Reserved )

TRB TET Eligibility Criteria :

Eligibility criteria for Paper 1 exam :

a) Candidates who’ve passed Higher Secondary ( +2 ) and Diploma in Teacher Education / Diploma in Elementary Education D.Ted .

b) Also candidates appearing for final year exam of D.E.Ed for 2016 – 2017 year but should produce D.E Ed diploma certificate at the time of recruitment process.

c) Visually impaired candidates are not eligible for TN TET Paper 1 exam 2017.

Eligibility Criteria for TET Paper 2 exam 2019:

a) Candidates who’ve got Bachelor’s degree in B.A / B.Sc, B.Lit with Tamil, English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, History and Geography as major subjects in their Degree course.

b) Also candidates who’re doing Final year in their Bachelor’s degree can appear for paper 2 tet exam.

How to Apply for TN TET Exam 2019?

As you know there is no Online Registration process for Tamilnadu TET examination, so candidates have to get the Application form offline.

• Choose Paper 1 or Paper 2 separately
• Make sure you’ve scanned copy of passport size photograph & signature in JPG format.
• Enter valid EMAIL / Phone number

Once Teachers Recruitment Board ( TRB ) completes TET Application scrutiny process, candidates will be intimated about the release of admit card .

TN TET Results 2019 : 

Tamilnadu Govt will announce the date of release of Teachers Recruitment Board’s Teachers Eligibility Test’s exams.

Candidates meanwhile may download tntet syllabus, study materials and prepare for the written examination.

Please be aware, this examination will be conducted all over tamilanadu, and so the number of candidates appearing will also be higher in numbers.
